About La Petite Foodie…

Whitney McChane, the mom behind La Petite Foodie, provides delicious mealtime inspiration for babies, toddlers and their “personal chef” parents. Whitney is a longtime lover of healthy, gourmet food and is perhaps unhealthily obsessed with artisan cheeses and French delicacies. In fact, Whitney founded one of the nation’s largest events dedicated to cheese, the Minnesota Cheese Festival! She also oversees marketing and public relations initiatives for various food brands, as well as spends half the week being a full-time mother to her toddler Genevieve and baby Riley.

Whitney holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Robert, and two daughters.
